A new study that looks at cell fragments of DNA in the blood that uses AI technology, just published August 20 in Nature, is able to catch early lung cancer at a rate of 94%. Stage 3/4 at 96%.
Larger clinical trials are under way. Titled:
"Detection and characterization of lung cancer using cell-free DNA fragmentomes" https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-021-24994-w#Abs1
Thanks, Leo. Exciting stuff.
