This year's AARST Symposium Planning Committee are looking for VOLUNTEERS.

Here's what we need:
Two (2) or more Producers - A producer works with the AV crew in each track. Producers will be familiar with the entire day of sessions and speakers, and may also act and moderators (keeping time, manage Q&A) and introduce Speakers. Some sessions have hosts, emcees and panel moderators.

Producers will:

• Prep Speakers
• Manage presentation slides
• Manage audience polling
• Direct AV videographers for session video close-ups

***It is preferred a producer works a minimum of a half day
We need Producers for Monday (1 Track all day - 1 Track 1/2 day) Tuesday (1 Track) and Wednesday (1 Track 1/2 Day)

Other volunteers help cover:

• Saturday and Sunday Pre-symposium Events information
• Registration
• Helpers to move attendees to events
• Moderators for Vendor Learning Labs and Poster session - (mostly to manage time), Learning Labs are scheduled from Monday through Wed. Moderators may do shorter time shifts.
